Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, appartement beau et sécurisé

La décoration très moderne avec une magnifique vue sur les toits de Paris. L’emplacement du lieu : proche du Louvre, du Palais royal et également du Forum des Halles. La sécurité de l’établissement et la disponibilité des managers à tout moment de la journée.

Nous avons été les premières clientes de l’hôtel à l’ouverture de l’établissement. Quelques petits soucis d’organisation mais qui ont été vite résolu. Heureusement, le personnel reste joignable à tout moment.

A good stay overall, beautiful and secure flat

The decoration is very modern with a magnificent view over the roofs of Paris. The location of the place: close to the Louvre, the Royal Palace and also the Forum des Halles. The security of the establishment and the availability of the managers at any time of the day.

We were the first clients of the hotel when it opened. A few small organisational problems which were quickly resolved. Fortunately, the staff is always available.

Klein aber fein

Wir haben 5 Tage im Deluxe Studio verbracht. Das Studio ist, wie auch aus dem Bildern ersichtlich, sehr klein, aber das war uns klar und es ist alles vorhanden, was ein Appartment ausmacht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, sowie Ladekabel für iPhone und USB und einen Drucker. Mehrere Wandhaken zum Aufhängen für Jacken und Mäntel oder Taschen sind vorhanden, das ist gut durchdacht. Im Bad gibt es ausreichend Ablagefläche. Das WLAN ist stabil und sehr schnell. Top! Ein wenig Tee und Kaffee sowie Waschmittel und Spültabs lagen bei Ankunft bereit. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, das Bett bequem.
Die Lage ist zentral, ruhig und sicher. Auch nachts kann man ohne ungutes Gefühl nach Hause kommen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sowie Essen und Trinken. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen km zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Vermieter sind nett und freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und reagieren schnell auf Nachfragen.
Der Check-in ist unproblematisch und zeitunabhängig mit einem Code möglich. Am Abreisetag durften wir auf Nachfrage eine Stunde länger bleiben, so dass wir – mit Stop in einem Café auf dem Weg – direkt zum Bahnhof gehen konnten.
Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden sie bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Paris nochmals buchen. Für Personen, die auf engem Raum gut miteinander zurecht kommen ist das Studio ideal. Wer mehr Raum braucht sollte eine größere Version wählen.

Aus Platzgründen gibt es keinen geschlossenen Schrank sondern nur zwei Regalböden mit Körben sowie eine Kleiderstange mit jedoch reichlich Bügeln. Das ist etwas wenig Platz bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Lange Kleider o.ä. lassen sich schwierig aufhängen. Zudem braucht es etwas Kreativität die leeren Koffer unterzubringen (z.B. aufgeklappt unter dem Bett möglich oder bei einem kleinen Koffer unter der Couch). Das sollte man wissen.

Small but refined

We spent five days in the Deluxe Studio. As you can see from the photos, the studio is very small, but we were aware of this and it has everything you need for a flat. The equipment is very good, there is even a washing machine and a small dishwasher, as well as iPhone and USB charging cables and a printer. There are several wall hooks for hanging up jackets and coats or bags, which is well thought out. In the bathroom there is plenty of storage space. The WLAN is stable and very fast. Great! Some tea and coffee as well as washing powder and dishwashing tablets were available on arrival. Everything was very clean. The furnishings are nice, the bed comfortable.

The location is central, quiet and safe. Even at night you can go home without feeling uncomfortable. In the immediate vicinity there are sufficient possibilities for shopping, eating and drinking. All sights are within walking distance.
The owners are kind and friendly, can be contacted at any time and react quickly to enquiries.
The check-in is easy and independent of time with a code. On the day of departure we were able to stay an extra hour on request, which allowed us – with a stop in a café on the way – to go directly to the station.
We can recommend this accommodation and would book it again for another stay in Paris. For people who get on well in a small space, the studio is ideal. Those who need more space should choose a larger version.

For reasons of space, there is no closed wardrobe, but only two shelves with baskets and a clothes rod with lots of hangers. There is not enough room for a longer stay. It is difficult to hang up long clothes or other items. In addition, you have to be a little creative when it comes to storing empty suitcases (for example, you can put them under the bed when they are open or under the sofa when they are small). What you need to know.

Safe & Modern Apartment with a great location- perfect for a weekend getaway!

The lock box was so high-tech and the instructions were easy to follow and understand! It felt extremely safe and modern upon arrival- which we were not expecting! The decor and building were modern and updated which felt very clean. The space was perfect for the 4 of us and the location was great. The hosts were extremely kind and held our bags for us and allowed us for an early check in which made our travel seamless. Would definitely return! Thank you!!

האזור הוא שקט ומרגיש בטוח. בקרבת מקום יש הרבה חנויות ובתי קפה טובים, דבר שהיה יתרון מאוד משמעותי.
הדירה עצמה יפה, מעוצבת בטוב טעם, ונקייה מאוד. מטבח מאובזר היטב והמיטות נוחות (כולל הספה הנפתחת!) והיה שימוש יעיל מאוד במקום הקטן.
בעלי הדירה היו נעימים מאוד ויחסית זמינים, בנוסף לכך שעזרו ונתנו לנו לאחסן את המזוודות ביום הטיסה בלי בעיה

באופן טיפוסי לפריז – דירה קטנה (במיוחד אם משאירים את הספה פתוחה) אבל כל המקום נוצל כהלכה כך שלא מאוד הפריע לנו.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, including all the main museums and close to many metro stations.
The area is quiet and feels safe. Nearby there are many good shops and cafes, which was a very important advantage.
The flat itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very clean. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds (including the sofa bed!) And there was a very useful use of the small square.
The owners of the flat were very pleasant and relatively available, as well as helping us store our luggage on the day of the flight, no problem

Typically Paris – a small flat (especially if you leave the sofa open) but the whole place is used properly so we didn’t have much trouble.

The flat is well equipped, but quite cramped for three people with the sofa bed folded out. For two people it is ideal if you want to stay longer in the flat and use the kitchenette.

Absolute Empfehlung: Die Lage ist so ideal, dass vieles in Paris sogar zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Das Appartment (genau wie die anderen Wohnungen im Haus) wird professionell geführt und ist daher toll in Schuss, absolut sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wer bei Licht nicht gut schlafen kann, wird mit dem Bett direkt unterm Dachfenster eventuell Schwierigkeiten haben (keine Vorhänge), uns hat es nicht gestört.

Absolute recommendation: The location is so ideal that many things in Paris can even be reached on foot. The apartment (just like the other flats in the house) is professionally managed and therefore in great shape, absolutely clean and furnished with great attention to detail. If you don’t sleep well in the light, you might have difficulties with the bed directly under the skylight (no curtains), but we didn’t mind.

This place is perfect. We had plenty of space for our family of four. We loved all the bathroom space, beds were super comfortable, great location, & it was so clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Paris.

Fantastic Airbnb and was a nice modern apartment where we had plates, glasses, cups and a nice modern shower/toilet. The bedroom window had a nice view of the courtyard below where the Edgar hotel/restaurant is also located. Super clean and in a cute location near shops and restaurants. Very easy to walk to Les Halles, the main shopping street in the 2nd district, and Le Marais district! There’s no elevator in the building so the host was kind enough to put us on the first floor since we had so much luggage after our wedding. Check in and check out was super easy and contactless. Best part was the responsive of the host! We had one question about how to use the washer/dryer and they immediately got back to us in the evening. Wifi was also excellent during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in an incredible location in the 7th. Right around the corner are wonderful shops with the best cheese and wine. We loved the little restaurants. It was easy to get around. There is a Velib station at the end of the block. Spotless apartment, well appointed. Great communication. A wonderful visit.

I was initially disappointed as the apartment that I had rented based on the pictures was not one I was allocated on arrival. However the customer service team was responsive and did an excellent job in addressing this shortfall and relocated me in a more suitable apartment for my stay. Great location and clean apartments. Smooth check-in and check out process.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need, beautifully decorated with nice little touches, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s in a great location near the Eiffel Tower (which can be seen from balcony of one bedroom) and plenty cafes (including a tiny Laduree), grocery stores, etc. Easy and fast communication. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

If I could give 6 stars I would – The apartment is newly modernised to a high specification. Location is excellent with almost everything you could need with walking distance. We stayed for just over a week and would recommendit to all.

This is a left bank gem. Having worked in Paris for a decade, I can say this is one of a kind. The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculate and every detail was handled with professionalism. I give it 11 out of 10 stars!

This was a fantastic apartment! It’s completely remodeled, very well equipped, modern and clean. The location could not be better! Just a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and in a quaint and charming neighborhood full of restaurants and cafes. The management team was incredibly helpful and responsive and the service was impeccable. The space is small but well maximized and you only have to go up one flight of stairs by foot. We would absolutely return and I recommend the apartment 100%!

Séjour cocooning dans Paris – A NE PAS RATER

Vraiment génial en plein centre ou nous n’avons pratiquement pas quitté l’appartement tellement nous y étions bien. Un vrai moment de détente en famille ou chacun avait son espace personnel (salle de bain privatives dans les chambres). Entrée dans l’immeuble via un QR code, très pratique.

Un vrai plaisir de se retrouver en Famille à Paris. J’ai vraiment adoré l’ambiance, le confort dans l’appartement et la décoration. C’était fabuleux ! Je reviendrai ici pour mes prochains voyages à Paris, adresse adoptée !!

De locatie is top, op een rustig pleintje maar in een levendige buurt. Access was goed geregeld met codes en sleutels. Ruimte is a la Parijs krap maar genoeg en goed ingericht met van alle gemakken voorzien! Bedden en kussens super comfortabel en zelfs de slaapbank lag goed (en was al opgemaakt!). Top plek voor een city trip met z’n drieen!

Prachtige studio! Schoon, goed uitgerust en uitstekende bedden. Prima locatie met supermarkt en andere winkels en restaurants om de hoek. Communicatie erg snel en vriendelijk. Ik zou deze studio direct weer boeken bij een volgend verblijf in Parijs!

Great spaces with everything you need to feel at home. Very close to a LOT of great restaurants and in a cozy square that is mostly always quiet.

There is no elevator, so there is a walk up a spiral staircase to get to the apartments!

Une adresse qu’on a envie de garder jalousement pour soi.

C’est un appartement au design très actuel, ce qui en fait un lieu de vie dans lequel on se sent immédiatement à l’aise. Il est lumineux, et donne sur une jolie petite place pleine de charme avec ses platanes et sa jolie fontaine. Il est très bien insonorisé des bruits de l’extérieur, ce qui fait qu’on y dort bien malgré sa situation très centrale. Il est bien équipé. Le café et le thé mis à disposition sont de marque. Tous ces petits détails font que l’on a envie d’y revenir.

Il ne manque qu’un bouquet de fleurs dans un joli vase au design suédois !

Loved this apartment! It is completely renovated and very clean. The location is wonderful – a great neighborhood with bars/restaurants/shops yet this building is on a very quiet street. Close to several metro lines. The hosts were very kind and helpful with special requests (crib) and helping me when I had trouble getting into the building on the first day. Will stay here again.

Studio très bien équipé avec machine à laver, lave-vaisselle (dosettes fournies), imprimante, chrome cast, sèche-cheveux, climatisation, pack de bienvenue avec café nespresso et thé Kusmi tea. Linge de lit et de toilette + torchon, à disposition et impeccable. Emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme avec une petite place et 2 cafés. Facilité de check in et out avec boîte à clefs électronique. Organisme très disponible, joignable et extrêmement arrangeant. Je recommande sans hésiter ce studio, une pépite pour une si grande ville qu’est Paris.

Tout très bien, merci à l’équipe ultra responsive et efficace. Ils m’ont rendu tout facile. Je me suis sentie très bien dans ce studio ultra propre et confortable, et mieux que dans un vrai hôtel en ces temps de crise sanitaire. Plus très bon prix pour la location.

Juste les tapis, on se prend un peu les pieds dedans. Mais c’est un infime détail.

Séjour hyper confortable. On n’a manqué de rien, tout est equipé dans l’appartement. Il y avait même une imprimante pour toutes les impressions de documents necessaires pour cette periode covid. Super déco !

Perfect place for any kind of travel

The apartment is situated in a very nice area near many of the most popular visiting cites, great bars and restaurants, and if necessary grocery stores and epiceries. It is also very near to Gare du Nord and Gare d’Est which is very convenient for people travelling by train. The apartment is very modern and very well equipped. It has a great kitchen, the bed is very comfortable and has a great wifi connection. Most importantly, it was very clean.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Un séjour sublime au sentier a découvrir

Le calme les équipements la décoration la literie l’entretien des communs la sécurité. Le service + est excellent déjà avant l’arrivé. Les lieux sont parfumés. Il y a même du gel hydro alcoolique à l’entrée Tout est fait pour que l’on soit à l’aise. Je reviendrai certainement chez vous .Merci c’est vraiment de la grande prestation.

Surclassement du logement suite à l’indisponibilité pour réparation du logement réservé initialement. Logement rénové très bien équipé. Prestation de qualité avec un très bon accueil. Excellent choix pour découvrir Paris depuis un quartier vivant.

Great central Paris stay with AC

It’s a hot weekend and so glad we booked this cosy apartment. The AC helped so much after a lot of exploring and before bedtime.

The apartment is as advertised and we were greeted by the cleaning lady who spoke great English. Check-in was a breeze, all electronic and very secure, and we were allowed to leave and arrive an hour early/later.

The apartment is in a square and very quiet at night. There is a nice restaurant across the square or next door. There are many great eateries just within 5 min walk. The metro and bus stops are also 5 min walk. All direct to Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower, and Latin Quarter. Central!!

We rented the studio apartment on the 3rd floor. No lift but the building has been updated and steps are well lit and wide. We didn’t cook but there is a tiny kitchenette to do basic cooking. It was myself and my two children, a teen and 11yrs old. The space was good. Bigger than many Paris hotels. If you want more space, go for the bigger apartment, this may be a bit too small for you. For us, perfect.

Many mentioned the single sofa bed not being comfy. Maybe if you’re a big person but if you are petite or a child, you’ll be ok. The mattress is a bit thin but it’s typical of small sofa beds. For me, I had a good night rest on the sofa bed.

Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend to anybody wishing to stay in Paris/the area.

Einfach ein Traum diese Unterkunft! Einfaches und unkompliziertes ankommen mit Code an der Türe, sehr moderne Sicherheitstechnik und liebevolle Einrichtung machten diese Unterkunft von Minute 1 zum Paradies! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, die Umgebung ist sehr einig, sicher und dennoch reich an netten Bars und Restaurants. Absolute Empfehlung!

The room’s decoration is very cozy and it’s very well equipped (Wifi, AC, coffee machine, speaker, printer etc.). Close to the metro and it has a easy access to many restaurants around. The check-in procedure is quite easy, just follow the instruction provided. We really spent an excellent night at My Maison in Paris – Sentier.

We didn’t find the place at the first time because of the sign in the street is not very clear.

My new perfect home away from home place in Paris. Really love this place. I felt like my best friend left town and let me use his place. It really felt like home away from home not just a hotel when I get just a room. It was a cute and cozy 1 bedroom apartment in perfect central location with walking distance to most of the attractions and really good subway connection.

I really enjoyed my stay !!

Spokojna okolica, wnętrze urządzone z gustem, optymalne wykorzystanie przestrzeni, czyściutko, kontakt z obsługą nienaganny. Wszystko co potrzebne w czasie pobytu było dostępne, a nawet więcej:). Super sprawa z książką informacyjną! Najmocniejszy punkt mojej wyprawy do Paryża! Naprawdę polecam gorąco!!!

Quiet surroundings, interior decorated with taste, optimal use of space, clean, impeccable contact with staff. Everything you needed during your stay was available, and even more:). Super thing with the information book! The strongest point of my trip to Paris! I really recommend highly!!!

楽しみにしていた家族でのパリ旅行。ストライキの影響で、地下鉄の殆どが止まり、最寄の駅もclose。その為、当初の計画を大幅に変更する事となった。しかし、このアパートホテルのロケーションが2区で良いので、ルーブル美術館やオペラ座など徒歩で行くことが出来た。施設としては、ソファーベッドが大きいタイプで快適であり、シャワーはその辺のホテルより水圧など良かった。食洗機や乾燥機付きの洗濯機、電子レンジは活用出来た。エスプレッソマシーン(コーヒー付)も良かった。部屋の鍵屋備品はセンス良く、こうしたは部屋に住みたい気持ちになった。オーナーは、レスポンスが非常に速く、大変親切であった。最後にタクシーも呼んでくれて時間通りにに来た。周りにスーパーやレストラン、パン屋も多く、場所が良い。

We had been looking forward to our family trip to Paris. Due to the strike, most of the metro lines were stopped and the nearest station was closed, so we had to change our original plan. However, the location of the aparthotel in the 2nd arrondissement was good and we were able to go to the Louvre and the Opera on foot. As for the facilities, the sofa-bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was better than in most hotels. The washing machine with dishwasher and dryer and the microwave oven were useful. The espresso machine (with coffee) was good. The room was tastefully furnished with locks and fittings and we would have loved to have lived there. The owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. He even called a taxi for us at the end of our stay and it arrived on time. The location is good with many supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries around.

Nettes Appartment, aber für 3 Personen etwas zu klein da schlauchartig. Am ausgezogenen Sofa als 3tes Bett konnte man kaum vorbeilaufen. Hätte ich den Bildern nach nicht so erwartet.

Nice apartment, but a bit too small for 3 people because it was like a tube. You could hardly walk past the extended sofa as a third bed. I didn’t expect this from the pictures.

インテリア一つ一つがセンス良い。紅茶もクスミティがあったり。洗濯機 レンジ ジューサー コーヒーマシンと色々揃っているので長期滞在しやすい。近くのおススメのお店など色々紹介されていて便利だった。

オーナーと英語でメッセージで鍵の受け渡しなどのやりとりが多少必要になります。

The interior design is very tasteful. There is also Kusmi tea. There is a washing machine, microwave, juicer, coffee machine and many other things that make it easy to stay for a long time. It was very convenient to have a list of recommended shops nearby.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, but you will need to communicate with him in English to get the keys.

Clean, très chic, comfortable, easy check in, beautiful location, close to two metro stations. They are right, you cannot go more Parisian than this…for a moderate price. There are grocery stores near by and a very good patisserie, little bistros and boutiques. Loved the neighborhood. We will return.

Honestly everything was nice. As a minor observation, I would say that the bathroom sink is too high for a little vanity, it makes it uncomfortable to wash or turn the tap on. I survived…for two days.

Superbe et moderne appartement dans un lieu calme à Paris

Superbe appartement dans un lieu calme (petite place à l’écart de la circulation). Moderne et joliment décoré. Très très bien équipé (cuisine, wifi, etc…). Organisation et accueil au top, supérieur à la moyenne. Très bonne situation géographique avec plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité. Relativement spacieux. Les chambres donnent sur une petite cour intérieure, c’est excellent et calme… sauf quand des personnes se trouvent sur les terrasses de la cour intérieur très tard dans la nuit…

Superb apartment in a quiet place (small square away from the traffic). Modern and nicely decorated. Very well equipped (kitchen, wifi, etc…). Organization and reception at the top, above average. Very good location with several metro lines nearby. Relatively spacious. The rooms overlook a small inner courtyard, it’s excellent and quiet… except when people are on the terraces of the inner courtyard very late at night…

Perfect place for holidaying or business.

The exceptional host who was very friendly and always provided information. Not just about the property but also of the city, where to go, what’s bus on weekend etc… He was extremely helpful and made our trip so much more better. The fact that there are no lifts. but of course it’s a very minor thing, just inconvenient if you have big luggage. But the staff was very helpful in helping me to carry it in and out of 1st floor.

Location was fantastic, the owners and caretaker were available to us on whatsapp when we needed, which was extremly helpful. everything was clean and organised and overall we were really satisfied.

Outstanding service, super cute, small but beautiful flat. Very clean and central. The host Marc is fantastic – responds within minutes. Larger hotels can learn agility in response and problem solving from him. We will definitely stay at another larger property by Marc next time.
In the middle of a gentrifying area but that adds charm to the place.

Небольшая квартирка, очень чистая и уютная. Небольшая терраса. Все чистенько, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, полотенца, душевые принадлежности отличные. Посуда, столовые приборы, чай, кофе – все было на кухне. Мне все очень понравилось! Из минусов, наверное, кухонька крохотная, но это нам не мешало совсем))

A small flat, very clean and cosy. Small terrace. Everything is clean, bathroom with shower, towels, showerware excellent. Utensils, cutlery, tea, coffee – everything was in the kitchen. I liked it all very much! Of the minuses, perhaps the kitchen is tiny, but that didn’t bother us at all))
